床にヨガマットを広げて座り、やわらかな風を感じながら、静かな呼吸の中で乱れていた心の中心を整えてみてください。

오래된 벽돌집을 고쳐 만든 이 스파 하우스에서는, 넓은 창 너머로 펼쳐지는 후정을 바라보며 고요한 목욕의 시간을 즐기실 수 있습니다. 정성스레 가꾼 빌레를 배경으로, 따뜻한 욕장의 온기와 천장에서 내려오는 시원한 바람, 온돌 평상의 아늑함이 어우러져 한국적인 목욕 문화를 경험하실 수 있습니다. 몸과 마음의 균형을 되찾는 치유의 시간이 되길 바랍니다.

- Commercial photography and video shooting without prior agreement are not allowed.
- Please contact us in advance for commercial rental filming. 
- The property is in a residential area so please refrain from making loud noises during late hours.
- Cooking is not allowed, but microwave and cutlery to have simple meals are provided. 
- Disinfection service is carried out regularly but bugs and insects may still come in due the natural surrounding of the area. Refund is not possible for these reasons.

- 객실 내부와 마당 등 전 구역은 금연입니다. 위반 시 특수 청소비가 청구됩니다.

- 환경 보호의 일환으로 개인 위생용품이 제공되지 않습니다.
- 상업 사진 및 영상 촬영은 사전 협의가 필요합니다.
- 오후 5시 이후에는 일반 관광객의 진입이 제한되며, 이웃 주민들을 위해 소음에 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 전문 방역 업체를 통해 주기적으로 소독과 방역을 진행하고 있으나 주변 환경의 특성상 벌레가 유입될 수 있습니다. 

이용 규칙

- 3박 이상 숙박에는 중간 정비가 제공됩니다.
- 2박 이하 숙박에는 중간 정비가 제공되지 않습니다.

‘시사오하우스’는 따뜻한 난로와, 잔잔한 음악이 반기는 '라운지', 정원을 품은 '다이닝 하우스', 다도를 경험할 수 있는' 티 하우스'  후정이 보이는 욕장 공간과 아늑한 온돌 평상이 있는 한국적인 '스파 하우스' 총 4개의 동에서 다양한 경험을 즐기실 수 있습니다.

 
■ 중간 정비는 3박 이상의 예약시 제공됩니다. 중간 정비를 희망하시는 경우 해당 옵션을 선택해 주시길 바랍니다. (미선택 시, 정비가 제공되지 않습니다.)
■ 중간 정비는 체크인 기준 3일째 되는 날 12~16시 사이, 침구 및 수건 교체, 객실 청소가 진행됩니다. 특별히 희망하시는 일정이 있으신 경우 요청 사항에 남겨주세요.
■ 3박 미만 예약의 경우 미선택으로 선택해주시고, 선택 시에도 중간 정비는 진행되지 않습니다.

쁘라갸 요가원 원장님께서 직접 시사오를 방문하여 진행해 주십니다.
- 수업 시간: 오전 9시~10시 30분 (요가 60분 + 다도 30분)
- 이용 요금: 1인 1회 30,000원

■ 수업 날짜 선택
요가 수업은 선택하신 날짜의 다음날 오전에 진행됩니다.

예시)
- 1월 2일 수업을 원하실 경우 → 1월 1일 선택
- 1월 3일 수업을 원하실 경우 → 1월 2일 선택

■ 유의사항
- 수업 시작 5분 전까지 준비해 주세요.
- 취소를 원하실 경우, 체크인 당일 오후 5시 이전까지 연락해 주세요.

The Hatha yoga class offered at SISAO focuses on balancing the body and mind, aiming to cultivate inner strength through mindful breathing.

■ Class Information
The class will be led by the director of Pragya Yoga Institute, who will personally visit Sisao to guide the session.
- Time: 9:00 AM~10:30 AM (60 minutes of yoga + 30 minutes of tea ceremony)
- Fee: KRW 30,000 per person, per session

■ Class Date Selection
The yoga class takes place in the morning on the day after your selected date.
